LAP Electrical LED Amber Corner Warning Module – ECE R65 Class I & II, 360° Vehicle Warning Module, 10–30V

The LAP LED Corner Warning Module is a high-performance warning light designed to provide 360° vehicle visibility for commercial vehicles, recovery trucks, highways maintenance fleets, utility vehicles and plant machinery. When mounted on each corner of a vehicle, the modules create a highly effective all-round warning system to improve safety for both operators and other road users.

Manufactured with 36 high-performance 1W LEDs, the module delivers a bright, uniform amber warning signal and is fully ECE R65 Class I and Class II approved. The light offers 19 selectable flash patterns, including single, double and quad flash patterns that meet ECE R65 requirements, allowing you to select the most suitable warning pattern for your application.

The module can be used individually or linked with additional units to create a synchronised warning system. Depending on the number of modules installed, it meets multiple ECE R65 installation categories:

• 1 module – Category X
• 2 modules – Category HT
• 4 modules – Category T, providing compliant 360° vehicle warning coverage.

Designed for demanding environments, the module features a robust housing with IP67 and IP69K ingress protection, ensuring reliable performance in dust, heavy rain and high-pressure washdown conditions. A variable-angle mounting bracket is included, making installation straightforward on a wide range of commercial and specialist vehicles.

Operating across a wide 10–30V DC voltage range, the module is suitable for both 12V and 24V electrical systems and is fully ECE R10 approved for electromagnetic compatibility. A steady-on function is also available where required for specific applications.
